  • Designed and implemented operational frameworks for large-scale reforestation and carbon measurement projects, including a 24 million tree planting initiative over 2.5 years
  • Constructed internal workflows and improved team coordination across multiple time zones, deploying documentation and databases that improved project understanding, delivery speeds and accuracy.
  • Collaborated with data, field, and product teams to link on-ground operations with digital systems, developing product requirements and feature requests for technical teams
  • Developed comprehensive SOP library with 92 active SOPs across tree plantation operations in northeast India, standardising operations and enabling scalable team onboarding

  • Founded the brand, the label and the agency, built a community of artists and fans who want to repeatedly work with us.
  • Architected, designed and implemented operational systems and relational databases that have grown the agency from 1 to multiple represented artists, whilst reducing my overarching time spend on the business by 60%.
  • Established clear revenue streams, totalling $150K+ in revenue, invested time to define clear roles & responsibilities, hired and trained 1 VA to manage the business and measurable growth incentives that enabled our teams to grow with clarity while incentivised for performance.
  • Organised successful multi-city international tours for artists through Asia Pacific regions and coordinated logistics for EU artists to play in India, China, Japan and Korea, building relationships with local promoter networks also.
  • Identified and automated contact onboarding via clearly separated email routes. Integrated APIs for PandaDoc enabling automated contracting through buttons in SDK packs integrated with coda.io, enabling parsing of data via emails into automated contracting. Also designed clear call sequencing and phased onboarding.
  • Developed & implemented transparent deal-tracking systems, automating agency booking and related logistics operation, implemented dealIDs and integrated Wise financial API with our Supabase Postgres database.
  • Automated invoicing with Xero API and integrated with our Supabase Postgres database to match transactions and feeds automatically, ensuring all invoices are paid on time with auto-reminders.
  • Built company website, AI assisted HTML, React, next.js - linking automation flows with external inflow, directing branding and market expansion for independent electronic artists.

  • Tabula Rasa Festival (Co-Founder/Director, 2020–2022): Produced a 2,000+ person capacity, 3-day camping festival, with a $900K+ operating budget, managing 100+ staff and contractors. Led strategy, budgeting, stakeholder management, and creative direction, additionally curating 60+ artists over 3 stages
  • Waking Life Festival (LX Crew Operations, 2022–2023, Portugal): Lighting crew management and PA/EA to Lighting Director, developing organisational efficiency systems and operations coordination
  • Mode Festival (Artist Experience Manager, 2022–2023, Sydney): Managed logistics, hosting, and coordination for 20+ domestic and international acts, overseeing all transport and show-day operations
